By using this site or booking a roofing service through , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
connects customers with independently licensed and insured roofing contractors. All on-site and aerial inspection work is performed by the assigned roofer under their own license. We coordinate dispatch, scheduling, and customer service.
Quotes are provided in writing after the drone inspection and on-site review, and are honored as flat rates once approved. Additional work outside the original quote — such as unforeseen deck damage discovered during tear-off — requires a separate written estimate and your prior approval.
Roofing projects are backed by a 10-year written workmanship warranty stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on shingles, underlayment, and other materials are passed through directly to the customer.
You may cancel or reschedule any booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled crew start. We may reschedule on short notice for unsafe weather conditions — high winds, lightning, heavy precipitation — at no cost to you.
Under no circumstances shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or the services rendered by contracted roofers, beyond the value of the service paid.
